Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The product has not been installed or modified

Change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once assessed, we will organise a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
