How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at support@innova.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We'll provide the return instructions and shipping address.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Returns must be sent with a tracking or reference number and your order number clearly written on the outside of the package.
What We Cover
We’ll take full responsibility for returns due to:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, rips, poor stitching)

Major color discrepancies

Significant differences between the product received and product photos
If the fault is on our end, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size or Color
If you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return the item. However, please note:
